APPLICATION PACKAGE

Any international employees working in Vietnam will need a work permit issued by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social  Welfare

 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. A Relevant Degree
2. A Criminal Record from the country of origin (if the employee has been residing in Vietnam for more than 6 months, he/she can obtain this from the Vietnamese authorities) 
3. A health check certificate, issued by the medicine agencies either abroad or in Vietnam and valid for 12 months. (If it is issued by a health agency in Vietnam, the agency must be in the list of hospital and clinic, which are legalized by the Vietnam Ministry of Health)
4. Working experience certificate 
5. A copy of passport
6. 02 photos (04x06cm size with white background,front view, bare head, without glasses)

Note: If the documents No. (1), (2), and (3) are issued in a foreign country or issued by a foreign diplomatic mission in Vietnam, they must be consul authenticated and notarized translated into Vietnamese

PROCESSING TIME:  05 working days since we receive documents from the applicants sent by mail.
